"Calif. octuplets mom and her 14 kids get TV show"

this is ridiculous! is this just a publicity stunt? i don't understand what is going through this ladies mind? first off how will she ever be able to afford 14 kids! how could a doctor do this? second i don't understand how we could watch and support this? i mean is that the easiest way to make money now a days?

Dr. Tiller

Dr. George Tiller was an abortion doctor. he was well known for being one of the few people who give late-term abortions. he was shot and killed Sunday in a church where he was serving as an usher. i find it ironic he gave late term abortions, served as an usher and was shot doing so. they have a 51 year old man in custody for the killing. i find it ridiculous that people are so anti abortion and they say its murder but then someone would shoot this man during church! it is so hypocritical and people need to think about the consequences of their actions. 

NFL or Neurosurgeon

Myron Rolle should be a role model to all! He played for Florida Seminoles and is putting off the NFL to become a neurosurgeon. He’s heading to Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar in September as he takes a year away from the game to become a neurosurgeon. Rolle could have been drafted in the first or second round if he chose to keep playing. He is trying to stay in shape and hoping to be an early draft pick in the 2010 draft. I think he should be the type of person we look up to now a days. He shows that just because he can do one thing it doesn't mean he should quit something else.

Who wants to be a millionare?

tv stations never seem to stop just giving away money! it amazes me how they give away up to 1 million dollars! y dont we put people who really need money on the show... people who dont own houses or people in debt thousands of dollars to banks or credit card companies! im not saying put people who made terrible choices on the shows i mean people who got screwed because how much they invested!

Apple!

how come apple is doing soo dang well?!?! everytime i check the stocks apple seems to always be up! i am so suprised people by their stock still let alone their products? i love apple and will always choose a mac over a pc but they arent cheap! i just checked the dell website and i saw u can get a dell laptop for $449!!!! thats insane compared to the cheapest macbook!!! ($999) im not saying one computer is better but i have noticed dell is doing their best to make their computers affordable! Steve Jobs must being doing amazing becasue if u think about when u hear mp3 player the 2 things that come to ur mind our zunes and ipods! there are about 4 different sized zunes and 25 different ipods! it seems to me the ipod may just be the one to look into

Box Office failures

i am confused.... i thought we were in an economic ressesion? it seems to me the only thing not being affected greatly are the movies!!! how can people afford to go to the movies but not pay their morgages? The new xmen movie alone has made 87 million on the opening weekend! how are people able to do this? dont get me wrong i love the movies butttt my parents dont pay for me to go the movies (or at least they dont think they do) how can this be happening and how can studios still afford to pay their actors!!!!

21 or 18?

in my opinion it is unfair for an 18 year old to be considered an adult but not be allowed to consume alcohol. i believe that if the person is able to vote, be drafted, smoke cigarettes and forced to serve jury duty should be able to consume alcohol. i am not saying that they should lower the drinking age to 18 i just think maybe we should consider these factors. if the government doesnt want to lower the drinking age why dont we raise the other laws. it is not fair that tomorrow i could be drafted to go to war but i couldnt go to a bar and order a drink. if im not mature enough to drink alcohol how could i be mature enough to vote!!!!
